Mr. Grijalba earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, one of the top ten law schools in the nation. During his time there, Mr. Grijalba focused his studies in the areas of business and real estate law.  Mr. Grijalba's academic successes during his time at Berkeley School of Law includes receipt of the school's distinguished Prosser Prize in Corporations, receipt of High Honors in International Civil Litigation, Corporations, and Individual Research Project with Emanuel S. Heller Professor of Law John Yoo, and receipt of Honors in Contracts, Securities Regulations, and Federal Civil Procedure, among other courses.

Before going to law school, Mr. Grijalba earned a bachelor of sciences degree in biological sciences from the University of Southern California.
